Rates and fees are in conformity with the guidelines of the Flemish Bar Council and will be discussed and explained in the first consultation. Indicative can already be communicated; depending on the nature of the file is opted for an hourly fee depending on the complexity and urgency of the case.

Increasingly, the value of the case is also appreciated in the budget of the fees. can be moved away from the general fee hourly rate if the nature of the case so permits (fixed / percentage-wise). Costs are calculated separately, as there are (moving, copying, administrative costs, ...). Office costs are not included in the fee.
